Please note that our pricing is based on typical piles of junk and debris that we encounter. For construction debris the above pricing is for loosely stacked and curbside loads. If your materials are tightly stacked a higher rate may be charged. Examples are flat pieces of concrete stacked on top of each other or wood packed together tightly. If your construction materials must be carried to the truck from a basement, apartment or back yard additional charges may apply.

Also, for some dirt removal jobs requiring extra effort may be charged at a higher rate. Clay, due to its weight and piles of mixed soil and rocks and concrete too. The reason for this is that soil can be shoveled and rocks can be lifted but mixed piles can not be lifted or shoveled easily.

All of the charges for any job will always be given to you upfront so that you can decide whether to proceed.
